Airport Transfers (CDG/Orly/Le Bourget to/from Paris City)

• Silver category: from 220€ (excluding Sprinter)
• Gold category: from 240€ (excluding Range Rover)
• Platinum & Infinity categories: not available

Paris Private Car Service (minimum of 4 hours)

• Silver category: from 440€ (excluding Sprinter)
• Gold category: from 560€ (excluding Range Rover)
• Platinum category: from 2400€ (minimum of 8 hours)
• Infinity category: from 3600€ (minimum of 8 hours)

*Rates provided above are for January-June & October-December 2024. Rates for July-September are upon request only.

• Daytime rates 6h00 to 22h00 (6am to 10pm)
• Waiting Time: Airport Transfer duration: 45 minutes / Train Station Transfer duration: 15 minutes. Once this time has exceeded, additional hours will be charged.
• Additional hours: 150€ per hour/per vehicle (E-Class/V-Class/S-Class) / all other vehicle categories charged accordingly (payable should the quoted service above exceed the duration time).

• Waiting time beyond the standard transfer time will be charged as a per hourly rate (150€ per hour).
• Night surcharges between 22h00 to 6h00 (10pm to 6am). Quoted rate plus 50% surcharge.
• Chauffeur meal: 20€ per meal (number of meals determined by the number of hours required)
• Chauffeurs overnight accommodation: 150€ per night (meal not included)
• Excess KM, foreign taxes, etc…

• All reservations are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties.
• Cancellations must be notified by email. A voucher will be issued, with a 6 months validation period, from the time of cancellation.
• Under no circumstance will a refund be provided. No Refunds!
• No Show – Charged in full! A voucher will not be issued should you fail to show up to your reservation; as an email is required to inform of the situation.
• Delays caused by late arrival of the passenger and/or by wrong information will incur additional charges. 
• Changes to a reservations must be notified by email, with a minimum of 3 hours notifications time (changes may incur an additional fee).

• Hire charges are calculated from the moment the vehicle(s) leave the garage until they have been returned.
• Any complaints must be addressed within 24-hours.
• The ‘Tribunal de Paris’ is the sole court with jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.
• Vehicles are subject to availability.
• Rates and conditions are subject to change without notice.
• Private Car Service quoted/charged up to 12 hours.
• If you exceed the quoted duration time, additional hours will be charged. A 50% surcharge may apply (Additional Hours Surcharge).
• Additional hours: Mercedes E-Class, S-Class & V-Class: 150€ per hour/per vehicles. All other vehicles upon request.
  (payable should the quoted service exceed the duration time). 
• Additional hours surcharge: Additional hour rate plus 50% on ALL vehicle types and categories. This applies once the service exceeds 12 hours.
• Additional hours and additional hours surcharge will be charged after service.
• Additional kilometres from 5€ per kilometre (depending on vehicle type/category) – VAT not included.
• Night rate charges: +50% of hourly rate (depending on vehicle type/category) charged between 22h00-6h00.
• 36-43 hours: hourly rate plus 25% extra charge.
• 43 hours plus: hourly rate plus 50% extra charge.
• Chauffeurs meals: 20€ per meal.
• Chauffeurs meal required on a 10-hour work day (2 meals) – Not included in the price and will be charged at the end of service.
• Chauffeurs meal required on a 10-15-hour work day (3 meals) – Not included in the price and will be charged at the end of service.

• All services are to be paid for prior to service (PREPAYMENT), unless other arrangement have been made with management.
• Payment methods accepted: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) or Bank Card.
• Payment via credit card: surcharges will apply, determined by payment partner.
• Payments are to be made via credit card through our payment partner Stripe.
• Payment via bank transfers upon request only (should a bank transfer be made, the remittance form is to be sent to us prior to service, as proof of payment.

Paris Platinum Service shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions and breakdowns.

Paris Platinum Service assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage, personal belongings or any items left in the vehicle. Should the client request any “items left behind” be retuned; they will be sent by either FedEx, DHL, UPS Chronoposte, etc. This will be at the cost of the client(s).

Paris Platinum Service DO NOT provide refunds. All reservations are final and incur 100% cancellation penalties. If the payment has not been received 24 hours prior to the booking/reservation, we will not be able to provide you our transportation service unless agreed in writing. We do not receive third party payments, nor do we make payment to a third party. Any complaints must be made within 24 hours of the transportation service. Disputes will be settle by the Tribunal de Paris/Court of Law in place of the head office of Paris Platinum Service.

PARIS PLATINUM SERVICE RESERVES THE RIGHTS TO CHANGE ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT GIVING PRIOR NOTICE. ANY TERMS AND CONDITIONS NOT INCLUDED ON THE PAGE ARE SUBJECT TO THE SOLE DISCRETION OF PARIS PLATINUM SERVICE.
